What this is.

Our North India immersion is designed for women who are ready to step outside the constant pace of modern life and reconnect with what feels true beneath it.

The experience begins with a week immersed in nature near the Himalayas, followed by a private stay at Ananda in the Himalayas, one of the world’s most respected wellbeing destinations. Together, these environments create space for both exhale and reflection:
  • quiet mornings,
  • intentional practices,
  • deep rest,
  • meaningful conversation
  • a different relationship with time itself.

And an opportunity to step back long enough to hear yourself clearly again.

The Experience

This two-week immersion is intentionally designed with rhythm in mind.

The first week invites you to slow down through nature, spaciousness, and intentional living practices in the foothills near the Himalayas.

The second week deepens into personalized wellbeing experiences at Ananda in the Himalayas, where Ayurveda, yoga, restorative therapies, and thoughtful care are woven into daily life. The pace of the experience is gentle by design.

There is space here to rest, reflect, reconnect with your body, engage in meaningful conversation and to step outside the constant pressure of productivity and performance.

This is not a retreat built around constant activity or emotional intensity.
It is a thoughtfully curated immersion in an environment designed to support clarity, perspective, and a more sustainable relationship with wellbeing.

ANANDA

01. the setting

Some environments naturally invite a different pace.

The foothills of the Himalayas hold a quiet that is increasingly difficult to access in modern life. Mornings unfold slowly.
The air feels different.
Time stretches.
Daily life becomes simpler here:
  • tea in silence
  • mountain air
  • early evenings
  • long walks
  • unhurried conversation
  • the sound of temple bells drifting through the distance

There is a reason people have traveled to this region for centuries in search of reflection, restoration, and perspective.

Not because the mountains magically change you.

But because they create conditions where it becomes easier to hear yourself clearly again.

The himalayas aren’t just a backdrop. They are part of the method.

2. who this is for

This retreat is for a specific woman. Not a demographic. But a woman aligning with a state of being. She is somewhere in her thirties, forties, or fifties. She has built something real: a career, a business, a family, a life that by most measures looks like success. She is intelligent, self-aware, and has done genuine work on herself. She is not in crisis. She is not falling apart. She is simply at a point where the life she built with ambition and capability no longer feels like enough, and she is honest enough with herself to admit it.

She carries things others do not see. The weight of being the one who holds everything together. The quiet exhaustion of performing competence while feeling disconnected inside. The gap between what she knows and how she is actually living. The sense that somewhere along the way, she started designing her life around what was expected rather than what was true.

She is not looking for rest, though she will find it here. She is not looking for inspiration, though she will find that too. She is looking for clarity. For a recalibration so honest and complete that she returns home not just refreshed but fundamentally reorganized in how she sees herself and what she is willing to tolerate.

She values depth over comfort. She is willing to be seen honestly. She does not want to be managed or entertained. She wants to be met.

She reads this page and something in her goes quiet in recognition.

This immersion is not for everyone

It is not for the woman who is looking for a beautiful escape with some wellness programming layered on top. It is not for someone who wants to feel better without living differently. It is not for someone who needs to stay half-present, still tethered to work or family obligations while she is here. And it is not for someone who is not yet ready to look honestly at her own patterns and choices without collapsing into blame or victimhood.

This work asks something real of you. The women who get the most from it are the ones who arrive willing to be fully present, genuinely open, and completely honest with themselves. If that is you, this was made for you.

3. The investment

Single Occupancy

Deposit of $2500 to secure your spot

This is not a number to justify. It is a reflection of what is actually included, what is intentionally kept small, and what becomes possible when both of those things are true.

As a  thoughtfully curated experience, this immersion is intentionally limited in size in order to preserve spaciousness, personalization, and the overall integrity of the experience.
Details:
  • February 13-28, 2027
  • North India
  • Small Group Format
  • Application-Based Enrollment

2 weeks in one of the most extraordinary natural environments in India. A group of five to six women, small enough that nothing is anonymous and the work can go as deep as it needs to. Direct, high-touch access to Meghan throughout, not just in scheduled sessions but woven through every day. A curriculum built not around a generic wellness formula but around you, your patterns, your life, and what it actually needs to shift.

What you are investing in is not an escape from your life.  It is the clarity, the reorganization, and the direct support to return to it as someone who finally knows what needs to change and trusts herself to change it.

For the right woman, that is not an expense.
It is the most important investment she makes this year.

This retreat moves through five elemental themes rooted in Ayurvedic philosophy:
Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space.

Each element corresponds to a sense, a part of the body, a dimension of your inner life, and a layer of the work. Together they form a complete arc, not a series of separate days, but a single unfolding journey.

You will not be moving through this experience passively. Each day builds on the last. What opens on day one creates the conditions for what is possible by day five.

EARTH

You arrive and the first thing the retreat asks of you is to slow down. To feel the ground beneath you. To let your nervous system register that you are safe, held, and no longer responsible for everything.

WATER

As safety deepens, things begin to move. Emotions that have been held in place by the pace of your life start to surface. Not forced, not performed. Simply given room.

SMELL + GROUNDED

TASTE + OPENED

AIR

The mind opens. The heart opens. Breathing deepens. This is where insight moves from the mind into the body, where you stop understanding your life and start feeling what it needs to become.

FIRE

With space now created, something sharpens. You begin to see with more precision where your energy has been going, what you have been tolerating, and what actually matters to you.

SIGHT + CLARIFIED

FEEL + EXPANDED

SPACE

The final element holds everything that has moved through the week. There is no forcing here, no pushing for more. Space is where it all lands. Where clarity settles. Where you begin to feel, without doubt, what comes next.

SOUND + INTEGRATED

What comes after.

For now, the only decision in front of you is whether the Himalayas is where your next chapter begins.

One of the challenges within the retreat space is that many experiences end the moment participants return home.
Real integration rarely works that way.
Cloud Nine was created with the understanding that wellbeing is not built through temporary escape, but through a more honest and sustainable relationship with how we live.
This immersion is designed to create meaningful space for reflection and restoration while also supporting the transition back into everyday life with greater clarity, awareness, and intention.

Because the goal is not to disconnect from your life.
It is to return to it differently.

Cloud Nine is built with that in mind.

Following the immersion, Meghan works with a small number of women in a private coaching capacity to support exactly this process. Not to extend the retreat experience indefinitely, but to ensure that what shifted in India does not quietly dissolve back into the patterns of daily life. The work that begins in the Himalayas has a natural next chapter, and for the women who are ready for it, that chapter is available. Details on what that looks like are shared during the retreat itself, when the context is right and the conversation is real.

Jhandi Dhaar Ridgeline walk: For those interested in a moderate hike, you could climb the Jhandi Dhaar ridgetop. This is a gradual uphill walk through a narrow path or “pagdandi” following the south eastern ridgeline above the campsite which will bring you to ridgetops with excellent views of the Himalayan range and the Ramganga river valley below. This could be further extended by going downhill and traversing the village of Kanoli located on the southern slope of the hill before climbing back up to the resort. This is a 17-kilometre hike which can be customized with your guide according to your energy and fitness level. Either leave early in the morning for a picnic breakfast and come back for lunch or enjoy a picnic lunch, looking at the snow peaked mountains.

Ramganga river walk: For a more challenging hike, one can walk downhill to the Ramganga river, passing through the jungle and a few village houses. Enjoy your picnic lunch by the roaring river and take a short siesta before you walk uphill to reach the campsite. This 16-kilometre walk is a wonderful option for seeing the powerful Ramganga River, however, the hike back up the hill is steep so we advise this option for the more agile and fit visitors to Prana.
