cloud nine
Cloud Nine offers private life design and integration experiences for high-capacity women who are no longer interested in simply managing their lives more gracefully, but are ready to realign entirely.
The work is rooted in Ayurvedic medicine, behavioral science and more than a decade of guiding women through some of the most extraordinary environments on earth. It is practical, personal and designed to last.
Most wellness experiences help you feel better within the life you have. Cloud Nine is built around a different question: what if the life you have is the thing that needs to change?
This is not about optimization. It is about alignment. Between who you are and how you are actually living. Between your values and your daily structure. Between what you know and what you do.
The work draws on Ayurvedic philosophy, behavioral science, and more than a decade of lived study into how people actually change. Because real change does not happen in a session. It happens in the environment, relationships, rhythms, decisions and structures that make up a life.
Meghan works with a small number of women at a time. That is not a constraint. It is the method. The depth of this work requires presence, attention and a guide who can notice the patterns beneath the surface and help a woman articulate what she may not yet have the language for herself.
Every retreat, every coaching container, every conversation is built around one woman's specific patterns, blindspots and life. There is no generic program. There is only what this particular woman needs in order to close the gap.
Cloud Nine sits at the intersection of ancient whole-person wisdom and modern behavioral science.
Vedic science and philosophy provide one of the foundational lenses for understanding the whole person: body, mind, energy, rhythm and constitution.
Behavioral science grounds that understanding in how people actually change: why insight alone rarely holds, what creates lasting shifts in pattern and behavior, and how the structure of a life either supports or undermines the person living inside it.
Cloud Nine brings these worlds together — then takes them out of theory and into practice..
how it began.
I didn't come to this work from theory. I came to it through my own body.
There is a particular kind of exhaustion that doesn't show up on a lab panel.
It lives in the gap between how capable you are and how empty you sometimes feel. Between how much you have built and how rarely it actually feels like enough. Between knowing what you are supposed to do and waking up, again, aware that something essential is still missing.
Sometimes the problem isn’t a lack of discipline or information. It’s that the life itself is structured against the person living it. And no protocol, however sophisticated, can resolve a life that is fundamentally out of alignment.
As a pre-med student, I was managing seizures, autoimmune disorders and chronic allergies. I moved through specialist after specialist. Each one was technically skilled. None of them spoke to each other. None of them asked about my life. None of them seemed particularly curious about why my body was struggling in the first place.
When I was accepted to medical school, I received the curriculum in advance. There was no class on nutrition. No behavioral health. No serious inquiry into how stress, environment, or the structure of a person's daily life shapes their well-being. I looked at what was in front of me and made a decision before I ever walked through the door. This was not meant for me. So I didn't go.
Not in protest. In search of something more complete.
What followed was more than a decade of my own education, built deliberately and from scratch. I spent summers leading wilderness expeditions in Alaska and off-seasons traveling. I've lived in and studied communities across more than 25 countries, six of which still carried intact indigenous wisdom traditions. I was asking one question everywhere I went: what does it actually look like when people are well?
Not optimized. Not medicated into functioning. Genuinely well. In their bodies, their rhythms, their relationships and their sense of meaning.
I completed a master's-equivalent program in Ayurveda, one of the oldest and most complete systems of indigenous medicine in the world. Later, I enrolled in a Master of Science in behavioral health management, completing a professional certificate in leadership and coaching alongside it. My final attempt to find a home for integrative thinking within a conventional system.
What I found instead was a system oriented elsewhere, while people at home were quietly unraveling in every dimension of their health. That was the last wall I needed to hit.
I stopped looking for a system to belong to and started paying close attention to what was consistently true across all of them.
People are not unwell because they lack discipline or information. They are unwell because their lives are structured against their nature. And no protocol, however sophisticated, fixes a life that is fundamentally out of alignment.
Cloud Nine was built from that understanding. Not as a wellness brand, but as a different approach to life entirely. A space where healing is not rushed, where luxury means genuine nourishment rather than escape, and where well-being is created through alignment with your nature, your values, your rhythms and your deepest sense of what you are here to do.
I bring more than a decade of study, travel and direct experience to this work, including graduate-level training in Ayurveda and a Master of Science in behavioral health management, alongside professional training in leadership and coaching.
And I have done my own version of this work. Continuously, imperfectly, with full commitment and a great deal of curiosity, for the entirety of my adult life.
I don't just teach a different way of living. I live it. That is the only reason any of this is real.
If something here resonates with where you are right now, I would love to hear from you.
